Starting therapy is a big step, and I’m here to help you feel truly heard and understood—without judgment and without feeling like you have to explain your worth. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or quietly exhausted by high expectations, self-criticism, or that constant sense of “I should be doing better.” If your mind won’t settle, sleep or focus has been slipping, or life just doesn’t feel as enjoyable as it used to, you don’t have to carry that alone. We’ll work together on practical, meaningful change that actually fits your life and your values. I’m especially helpful for low mood, persistent worry, self-critical patterns, and decreased enjoyment in day-to-day life. My approach is collaborative and tailored—grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you build resilience and respond differently to stress and setbacks—while also drawing on both skills-based and insight-oriented methods depending on what you need most. You’ll be the expert on your story, and I’ll bring clinical experience to help you understand what’s going on, find what matters, and create next steps you can genuinely use. You can also feel at ease knowing I don’t use AI for note-taking or other session documentation— your confidentiality and the clinical process come first.
